Our Team

Ashleigh Watson is the Director of People and Culture and has been responsible for all human resources and employee experience initiatives at MxD since joining the team in 2020. Ashleigh is a Chicagoland native. Prior to MxD, she worked as Sr. Talent Management Specialist at a financial services company. She received her BA from DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana, and MA from Syracuse University in Syracuse, NY. Ashleigh in her free time, enjoys going on bike rides by the lake, going out to restaurants, and reminiscing about the Jordan era of the Chicago Bulls.
