Our Team

Drew Phillips is a Senior Systems Integration Engineer for MxD. Before joining MxD in 2021, he worked as a Principal Systems Engineer for Northrop Grumman, where he spent more than five years in product testing, integration, and support for embedded systems. Prior to working at Northrop, Drew spent nearly three years with Honda Manufacturing of Indiana as a Product Engineer, working on manufacturing quality and product development.

He earned his master’s degree in Systems Engineering from Penn State University in 2019 and his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University in 2013. In Drew’s free time, he enjoys rock climbing, paddle boarding on Lake Michigan, going to concerts with his wife, and playing board games with his friends.
