As the Manager, Facilities Operations, Gary brings a deep-rooted passion for innovation, problem-solving, and mentorship to the world of facilities management and engineering shaped by a commitment to excellence, discipline, and continuous growth. Gary is a U.S. Navy veteran where he served as a Gunner’s Mate and Master of Arms.

Following his military service, Gary transitioned into engineering, starting as an apprentice engineer and working his way up to Chief Engineer, gaining expertise in electrical systems, communication infrastructure, equipment operations, maintenance, safety, and compliance.

Gary is excited to contribute his knowledge and experience to drive operational efficiency and team success.
