Your factory floor and your front office are generating more data than ever, but in most manufacturing organizations, that data never crosses the divide between operational technology (OT) and IT systems. The result? Security gaps, operational blind spots, and missed opportunities for the kind of real-time visibility that drives competitive advantage.
In this webinar, we’re pulling back the curtain on one of manufacturing’s most persistent challenges: the cultural, technical, and organizational barriers that keep IT and OT teams from working together, and what leading manufacturers are doing to fix it.
We’ll dig into the security implications of converging OT with enterprise networks and give you practical change management strategies you can bring back to your team.
Whether you’re just starting to think about IT/OT integration or you’re mid-journey and hitting walls, this conversation is for you.
Who Should Attend: IT Directors and Managers in manufacturing environments, OT Engineers, Plant Managers, and Operations Directors, CISOs and cybersecurity professionals responsible for industrial environments, Digital transformation and Industry 4.0 leads, C-suite executives overseeing manufacturing operations and technology strategy, and anyone trying to get their IT and OT teams to actually talk to each other.
