It is highly encouraged for all White Paper submitters to register for the Team Formation Opportunity. Those organizations invited to submit a Technical and Cost Proposal will present their White Paper at this event. It is also highly encouraged for those organizations interested in joining a team to attend to learn more about the opportunity to join the organizations invited to submit a Technical and Cost Proposal.
