Factory Floor Tour & Info Session October 2026

Time: 2:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. CT

Please join us for an in-person information session to learn more about MxD, the digital manufacturing and cybersecurity institute.

We invite you to take a staff-led tour of our facility and the Factory Floor, our experiential manufacturing environment to experiment and demonstrate digital manufacturing technologies. This is also an opportunity to learn about the many benefits of membership – including access to workshops, networking events, and project opportunities.

MxD (Manufacturing x Digital) advances economic prosperity and national security by strengthening U.S. manufacturing competitiveness through technology innovation, workforce development, and cybersecurity preparedness. In partnership with the Department of Defense, we convene the industrial base to solve critical manufacturing challenges by accelerating digital adoption, empowering a skilled workforce, and modernizing supply chains. MxD is also the National Center for Cybersecurity in Manufacturing as designated by DoD.

Please avoid wearing loose clothing and open toed shoes. Closed toed shoes are required in order to tour the Factory Floor.
