About the Event

Time: 1:00pm - 3:00pm CST

Please join MxD's community for a virtual Team Formation Opportunity on January 11, 2022.

The purpose of the Team Formation Opportunity is to provide individuals and organizations the opportunity to share a snapshot of their solution to the Predictive Maintenance in Manufacturing RFP and receive preliminary feedback from the MxD community. In addition, this will be an excellent opportunity for individuals and groups to identify synergies between their presentations.

It is highly encouraged, but not mandatory, to attend this event if you plan on submitting a proposal in response to the "21-14 Predictive Maintenance in Manufacturing" RFP.

Once you have registered for this event, you will receive a confirmation email with the virtual event link. Please use this link to access the Team Formation Opportunity on the day of the event.

PRESENTATION INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Presentations will last no longer than ten (10) minutes.
  • MxD will provide a presentation template.
  • Presenters should focus on the vision for your solution and how it addresses the challenges described in the RFP.
  • To sign up for a time slot, please register for a Presenter ticket. MxD will reach out to confirm your time slot and provide you with a slide deck template.

Presenters are encouraged, but not required, to attend the entire duration of the Team Formation Opportunity. A detailed schedule will be sent out in advance.

There will be no official grading or evaluation of these presentations. The proposal downselect occurs after full technical and cost proposals are submitted on February 24th, 2022. (Please see the RFP for an overview of the entire process).

Please note: by signing up to present a slide deck, you agree to have your deck posted onto the MxD Membership Portal for team formation purposes. Additionally, you will be asked to agree to share your contact information with MxD members for team formation purposes.
