MxD CMMC Compliance Workshop for Manufacturers – A two-day, hands-on training to help defense manufacturers understand, prepare for, and advance toward CMMC certification.
Cybersecurity compliance is now a requirement for manufacturers in the defense supply chain, and the clock is ticking. MxD’s CMMC Training Workshop gives small and medium-sized manufacturers a practical, structured path to readiness. Over two intensive days, participants work alongside cybersecurity experts and peers to assess their current posture, build key compliance documentation, and develop a realistic roadmap toward certification.
What to Expect
Day 1 – Foundations & Readiness
Participants establish a baseline understanding of the CMMC framework, DoW requirements, and how Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) applies in manufacturing environments. The day concludes with a guided gap assessment and the start of a System Security Plan (SSP).
Day 2 – Implementation & Action
Participants dive into control implementation, incident response, and risk management strategies, then put it all together in a mock assessment exercise with real expert feedback.
