Please join MxD’s community for a virtual proposal concept pitch session.
The purpose of the Pitch Session is to enable individuals and organizations that have already begun to form teams the chance to share a snapshot of their solution to the 20-05 RFP and receive preliminary feedback from the MxD community. In addition, this will be an excellent teaming opportunity for individuals and groups that identify synergies between their pitches.
It is highly encouraged, but not mandatory, to attend this event if you plan on submitting a proposal in response to the MxD 20-05 RFP, the full text of which is available here.
To sign up for a time slot, please email projects@mxdusa.org by 5:00PM CST 8/6/2020.
Presenters are encouraged, but not required, to attend the entire duration of the pitch session. A detailed schedule will be sent out 8/7/2020. Anybody may RSVP for the event through Eventbrite but you must additionally email projects@mxdusa.org if you plan on presenting.
There will be no official grading or evaluation of these pitch sessions. The proposal downselect occurs after full technical and cost proposals are submitted on 10/15/2020 (Please see the PPK for an overview of the entire process).
Please note: By signing up to present a pitch deck, you agree to have your deck posted onto the Membership Portal for teaming purposes. Additionally, you will be asked to agree to share your contact information with MxD members for teaming purposes.
