Jump-Starting Resilient and Reimagined Operations Series: Building Operations Resilience (Part 1-5)

“COVID-19 has created an imperative for companies to reconfigure their operations, and an opportunity to transform them. Manufacturers have battled with supply chain disruptions, operational changes, and communication inconsistencies that have put a strain on their production. However, while the coronavirus pandemic exposed points of weakness and fragility in global supply chains and service networks, it also brought to light the need for visibility, agility, productivity, and end-customer connectivity. Now, months into the global pandemic, many manufacturers and manufacturing service providers are realizing that they can aspire to much more than simply a safe return to work. They want to take what they have learned during the COVID-19 crisis and create a new kind of operational performance.

This webinar will lay the groundwork for the webinars to follow, giving attendees insight into the discussions that have shaped the five themes of post-COVID-19 operational transformation, and narrowing in on the importance of building operations resilience. Attendees will hear from Chandra Brown, MxD CEO, and Katy George, a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company and the North American Leader and Global Co-Convenor of McKinseyโ€™s Operations Practice, which includes the firmโ€™s services in manufacturing and supply chain.
