Jessica is a Government Affairs Associate at MxD with over seven years of experience in federal grant management and international development. Prior to joining MxD in early 2026, Jessica served as a Program Officer at Internews Network where she worked on two USAID funded projects working at the intersection of advancing digital governance and digital security. Jessica oversaw the implementation of over fifty subaward agreements to local grassroot organizations working within the Internet Freedom ecosystem spanning across 39 countries. She is also a previous Peace Corps Volunteer where she taught mathematics and computer science in Mozambique. She holds a Master of Jurisprudence from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business and Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Boise State University.
