Kate is responsible for driving creative strategies that enhance engagement and awareness among MxD’s members and stakeholders. She oversees the development and execution of all brand and creative initiatives, skillfully integrating digital marketing, content creation, events and media relations to advance MxD’s mission.

Kate’s marketing, communications and design pursuits have spanned over 15 years, successfully driving growth for organizations across various sectors. Her expertise as both an art director and a copywriter has enabled her to develop compelling assets that foster meaningful connections. Prior to joining MxD, she served as Creative Director at The Miller Group, a Los Angeles-based advertising agency focused on supporting sustainable brands.

Kate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Strategic Communications from the University of Missouri Journalism School. Additionally, she graduated from The Creative Circus, a portfolio school specializing in graduate-level art direction and strategic communications.
