Kate is responsible for driving creative strategies that enhance engagement and awareness among MxD’s members and stakeholders. She oversees the development and execution of all brand and creative initiatives, integrating digital marketing, content creation, events and media relations to advance MxD’s mission.

Kate has spent more than 15 years in marketing, communications and design, driving growth for organizations across various sectors. She has worked as both an art director and a copywriter. Prior to joining MxD, she served as creative director at The Miller Group, an award-winning Los Angeles-based agency, where she led campaigns from concept through production for clients across retail, nonprofit, cultural and financial sectors. Kate holds a bachelor’s degree in strategic communications from the University of Missouri Journalism School. She also graduated from The Creative Circus, a portfolio school specializing in graduate-level art direction and strategic communications.
