Megan Eicker joined MxD in April 2026 as People and Culture Operations Lead, supporting the organization’s core HR operations, including payroll and benefits administration, HR systems, and employment compliance. She brings more than 20 years of people operations leadership, built on early foundations in instructional design and performance development. Beyond HR operations, Megan has led enterprise program development and project management initiatives across multiple industries, including legal, professional services, and manufacturing. She is passionate about creating positive employee experiences and thrives in collaborative, intellectually engaging environments. Megan holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Psychology from Indiana University and an MBA with an emphasis in Training and Development from Roosevelt University. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, fitness, and entertaining, as well as spending time at her family’s second home in Door County, Wisconsin.
