Sasha Radojkovic is a Technical Principal for MxD and joined MxD in June of 2026. Prior to MxD, Sasha worked as a Systems Engineer at the Naval Warfare Centers, where he focused on missile systems engineering, continuous performance improvement and strategic projects. He earned an engineering bachelor’s degree at Arizona State, a systems engineering masters at the Naval Postgraduate School, and finally an MBA at Pepperdine University in Malibu. His foundational work in missile systems reliability engineering/performance assurance coupled with continuous performance improvement facilitation led to strategic project roles at the national leadership level. Some recent projects of interest involve the establishment of integrated Live, Virtual, and Constructive capabilities test infrastructure, advanced wargaming and strategies development, and the multi-national AI Captain project. Sasha enjoys spending time with his family, various outdoors activities and exercising, car racing, martial arts, and listening to music of all types.
