Lauren Lerman is the Director of Government Engagement at MxD. Prior to joining MxD in 2022, Lauren was Director of Projects at Dragonfly Collective, where she scaled nonprofit organizations and social impact efforts in Memphis, TN and the Mid-South region. Previously, Lauren was Chief of Staff and Operations Director at Illumis (acquired by COMPLY), a startup that aggregates public records data. Lauren coached over 400 community organizers as a Leader Success Strategist at ioby and began her career in New York City with roles at Human Rights Watch and The Battery Conservancy. Lauren received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Kansas—her home state.
