Clifton Hatcher
Manager, Contracts and Compliance
Clifton Hatcher is the Organizational Compliance and Contracts Manager for MxD. In this role, Clifton manages the entire contract administration process and related compliance, while also drafting and implementing policies and procedures.
Prior to joining MxD in 2023, Clifton was the Chief Operating Officer for Skyward Federal LLC, where he managed all business and legal operation functions for the organization supporting a DOD client through development of a cutting edge software solution. Clifton holds a bachelor's degree in Business from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, and a Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School. Clifton is an avid Cubs baseball fan, a proud father, and a lover of all things Disney.
