Our Team

Eric Kozikowski is a Lead Systems Integration Engineer at MxD. Before joining MxD, he was a Graduate Researcher at Purdue University’s Digital Enterprise Center, where he earned his Master’s Degree in Product Lifecycle Management. His background includes product design, manufacturing and automation development, and hands-on assembly line experience. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Illinois State University in 2018, focusing on manufacturing engineering and automation systems.

In addition to his role at MxD, Eric is the founder and owner of KozikPlastics, a growing manufacturing company focused on injection molding, assembly, and digital manufacturing technologies. His dedication to the industry led to his recognition as a Next Generation Leadership finalist by the Manufacturing Leadership Council.

Outside of work, Eric enjoys spending time with his family and friends, staying active outdoors, and pursuing hands-on hobbies like motorsports. If there’s snow on the ground, you can find Eric riding his snowmobile through Michigan’s Upper Peninsula.
