Jacob Smith
Engagement Associate II
Jacob Smith is an Engagement Associate for MxD. Under this role, he serves as the main liaison for the Tier 3 and Academic MxD Membership and helps execute MxD programming. He first joined as an Engagement Intern in August of 2020. Before joining MxD, Jacob received a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from DePaul University. During that time, he worked as a Government Affairs Intern for automotive aftermarket logistics company, LKQ, and as an Aldermanic Intern for the 42nd Ward of Chicago out of City Hall. In his free time, Jacob enjoys catching a movie at The Music Box Theater, cheering on his home-town St. Louis sports teams, and playing video games with friends and family.
