Our Team

John George is a Systems Integration Engineer with MxD. He joined full-time in May of 2022. Prior to joining MxD, John worked as a mechatronics and electronics hardware engineer with Gits Manufacturing and an embedded hardware engineer with Vermeer Corporation. John also interned with BorgWarner Inc. in a manufacturing engineering role, where he assisted in helping identify solutions to reduce scrap in manufacturing processes.

He also worked on various undergraduate engineering research projects during his time as an undergraduate student, mostly involving utilizing CFD and CAD technologies to solve ongoing design issues with various devices. John holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Iowa State University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with undergraduate minors in Electrical Engineering and Mathematics and an Undergraduate Certificate of Study in Nanotechnology from Northern Illinois University.
