Our Team

Robin Munden is the General Counsel at MxD responsible for the legal affairs of the company. Robin, who began his legal career as a big firm trial attorney has led the legal affairs of several companies.

He was the Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary of Household Manufacturing, Inc. an international company with 15,000 employees, 20 divisions and 55 plants; the Vice President, General Counsel of DSC Logistics, Inc. a logistics supplier and supply chain management company with 2,500 employees in 18 states; the Executive General Counsel of Crowe LLP an accounting and consulting firm having 2,400 domestic employees or partners and major international presence; and Associate General Counsel of Holden Industries, Inc. a diversified manufacturing company. Throughout his career Robin has been the member of executive leadership and has substantial experience in intellectual property, contractual relations, real estate, human resources, labor relationships, ethics, compliance, governmental negotiations both foreign and domestic, change management, standardization, automation of legal services, corporate secretarial functions, risk management and mitigation and process management. Robin earned his Juris Doctor from Northwestern University, his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Denver, is a member of the Illinois Bar, and a Society of Human Resource Management, Senior Certified Professional. When not working Robin is a competitive sailboat racer.
