About the Event

Time: 1:00 p.m. CT - 3:00 p.m. CT

Please join MxD's community for a virtual proposal concept pitch session on September 28th, 2021. The purpose of this Pitch Session is to enable individuals and organizations that have already begun to form teams the chance to share a snapshot of their solution to the Dynamic Production Scheduling and Optimization RFP and receive preliminary feedback from the MxD community. In addition, this will be an excellent teaming opportunity for individuals and groups that identify synergies between their pitches.

It is highly encouraged, but not mandatory, to attend this event if you plan on submitting a proposal in response to the Dynamic Production Scheduling and Optimization RFP. You can find the open call here.

Once you have registered for this event, you will receive a confirmation email with the event link. On the day of the event, please use this link to access the Pitch Session.

Instructions

Pitches will last no longer than 10 minutes. MxD will provide a presentation template. Presenters should focus on the vision for your solution and how it addresses the challenges described in the RFP.

Presenters are encouraged, but not required, to attend the entire duration of the pitch session. A detailed schedule will be sent out in advance. If you are interested in presenting, please register for the event and then send an email to projects@mxdusa.org requesting a presentation slot by Friday, September 24, 2021, 5:00 p.m. CT.

There will be no official grading or evaluation of these pitch sessions. The proposal downselect occurs after full technical and cost proposals are submitted on November 4, 2021. Please see the RFP for an overview of the entire process.

Please note: by signing up to present a pitch deck, you agree to have your deck posted onto the Membership Portal for teaming purposes. Additionally, you will be asked to agree to share your contact information with MxD members for teaming purposes.
