This past October, Influential Women in Manufacturing hosted their annual 2019 Influential Women in Manufacturing luncheon honoring recipients of the award at the MxD Innovation Center.
While women make up almost half of the American workforce, they hold just 29% of manufacturing jobs, according to 2018 U.S. labor statistics. MxD is dedicated to increasing diversity in manufacturing and empowering women from all facets of life to pursue opportunities within the industry.
